Reggie S. Swan is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Rahmenix Consulting LLC, an Execution Architect, Infrastructure Architect, and AI Execution Architect with more than 10 years of experience across enterprise systems engineering, virtualization, storage, identity, automation, hybrid infrastructure, and operational systems design.
His work is grounded in hands-on enterprise technology experience spanning VMware, Citrix VDI, Dell EMC, NetApp, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Veeam, enterprise server and storage hardware, and data-center operations. Reggie has supported complex technical environments where reliability, standardization, documentation, controlled change, and rapid troubleshooting are essential. He brings a practical engineering mindset to every engagement—balancing architectural direction with the realities of implementation, operations, ownership, and long-term maintainability.
Reggie specializes in building scalable, repeatable execution systems that help founders, technical teams, and organizations move from technical ambiguity to governed delivery. His approach combines infrastructure architecture, workflow design, automation, SOP development, RACI ownership models, technical documentation, implementation roadmaps, and prioritized execution backlogs.
